Specific points on the hands and/or feet are utilized to reconnect energy flows within and around the body. These points are called reflex points and represent physical and energetic organs of the body and can help to stimulate healing and restore balance. A session is usually both relaxing and energizing at the same time, and should not be ticklish or painful.

Cancellation Policy

Kindly give at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Same day cancellations/rescheduling may be subject to a 50% fee. No shows are responsible for 100% of the price of the appointment. This helps us stay in business and continue to serve you with the best care possible.
